WebLeaseUSA is a Premier Technologies Company. Premier is a 15-year-old private company with sales in 13 countries through 2,500 dealers internationally. WebLeaseUSA specializes in building creative marketing materials, websites and website maintenance contracts for small to medium size businesses.
We are looking for a Web Producer/Account Representative, who understands search engine optimization practices, and can effectively communicate client objectives to the design and development of websites.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Working with sales professionals and clients directly to gather requirements and create project plans.
- Set and meet expected timelines for services delivery, along with coordinating with internal developers/designers to meet client expectations.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of clients including new clients, and existing clients to insure customer satisfaction and renewal.
- Testing and training of new portals and sites, and gaining client approval through out the development process.
- Setup and integrate clients' images, style sheets, and workflow requirements.
- Knowledge of HTML and web page development/modification.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to set and over-deliver on customer expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform keyword research on major search engines.
- Advanced understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles.
- Understanding of entire process involved with creation and maintenance of websites.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Word, Excel and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work with internal and external customers.
- Ability to self-manage tasks/projects.
- Comfortable with the MAC platform.
