Our programs offer easy monthly, annual, or upfront payment options. The level of service you select, or the size of the site, will determine which product most sufficiently fits your needs.
Do you provide support?
We provide full phone support Monday through Friday during our normal business hours of 8am-6pm CST. We realize that a lot of small to medium sized business owners simply find it easiest to pick up the phone and talk to someone directly. We are able to answer any questions you may have during the development of your site and through the entire term of your lease. We are here to make your website easy for you to manage.
What if I want more features or services integrated in to my site?
You can simply forward a request to support@webleaseusa.com or call your account executive directly. We will go through the requirements, and provide you with estimates.
What is the difference between a click and a visitor?
A counter on the bottom of a website or a click to your website does not mean much if you can not quantify whether that person is interested in your product or not. This is why we look at "visitors" and not "clicks". A visitor is someone who goes to multiple pages and is on your website for a certain amount of time before we can tell they are interested in your products or services. A "click" could be someone looking for the latest Britney Spears videos, and this traffic does not mean much to your business.
Will you guarantee #1 position on the search engines and how soon?
No one can guarantee your site to be number one, and if someone does, we advise you to read this article by Google, or view our own SEO Policy document. We follow trusted, ethical SEO practices and our objective is to do it right with a long-term perspective rather than expecting results overnight. Our goal is to build high-powered marketing sites that gain you "visitor traffic" to help grow your business.
How soon can I expect results?
We submit your website to the leading search engines indices and directories, including but not limited to Google, Yahoo, MSN, DMOZ, etc. However, the amount of time required to see the results range anywhere from couple of days to a few months. This is dependent on how often search engines crawl sites to pick up changes, update their indices, and subsequently re-rank sites.
